As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving store sales goals. Duties • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. • Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. • Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies. • Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. • Apply retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in sales reporting. • Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
