Join a multi-disciplinary team of 1 Child Psychiatrist, LCSW's and Psychologist's within a new clinic space in Santa Barbara in a Child/Adolescent Psychiatry role.

This award-winning, Children's Hospital has 22 pediatric subspecialties and their own Pediatric Residency Program. This is a rare opportunity in a beautiful Southern California Community.

The Position:
• 4-day work week option, dedicated admin time
• Average patient volume of 5-8 per day
• Community Children's Hospital has robust Pediatric specialty support including 22 sub-specialties and a Peds Residency Program
• Compensation includes total income between $280-420K with a never-ending Base Salary plus incentive bonuses
• Housing Assistance up to $324K to help you relocate + $40K Sign-on Bonus
