Position details:
• Join this collegial group of primary care providers in this charming Illinois town - a place where your voice is heard and your care makes a real difference
• 100% outpatient practice - no OB, no walk-ins, and no call
• Option for a 4- or 5-day work week with remote admin time
• Diverse patient mix, high volume of OP procedures (if desired), and strong referral team (1000+ referrals weekly)
• Dedicated MA support, Epic EMR, AI scribe

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive base salary guarantee, plus value-based incentive bonuses and wRVU bonuses
• $215K provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to provider
• Residency Stipend: $2000/month
