A thriving multi-specialty group located in the Central Valley of California are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team of 5.

Practice out of a new clinic space with the option for a 4 or 4.5-day work week, and have lucrative income potential of $310,000 before incentives.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 2 FM Physician's and 3 APP's
• Average volume of 18-20 patients per day
• 4.5 or 4-day work week option
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $285K with a yearly Retention Bonus of $25K- Guaranteed income of $310K before incentives
• Negotiable Sign-on and Relocation, Full Benefits, Retirement, 5.5 weeks of PTO, $2K in CME, and more
