The Role
• 100% outpatient care in a setting designed to keep volume manageable and quality high
• Choose your fit: Join a cutting-edge $20M healthcare campus or lead a team of APPs in Illinois with leadership pay
• 4-day workweek + 6 weeks PTO - because rest fuels great medicine
• Practice alongside 20+ collaborative PCPs who believe in mentorship and mutual respect

The Offer
• Base salary: $280K-$300K, with a proven earning potential of $330K-$350K+
• $325K base for leading a team of APPs
• Sign-on bonus, residency stipend, H1B support, 403b + 457 plans, and a full suite of physician bene
