Outpatient Hem/Onc | Idaho | Top 100 Hospital in Nation | 4 Day Week, 550K Base

A Level-III Trauma Center located in Northern Idaho are seeking a Hem/Onc physician to join their team of 3 Oncologists and 3 NP's.

This hospital has a strong, positive reputation and was recently recognized as a top 100 Community Hospital by Beckers.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 3 Oncologist's and 3 NP's in an outpatient setting
• Hospital was recently recognized as a top 100 community hospital by Beckers
• 4-day work week with dedicated admin time
• Average of 12-15 clinic patients per day
• Shared call of 1:4- very low call burden
• Compensation includes a Base Salary up to $550K with wRVU upside; all Oncologist's are making over $800K per year- top producing is making over $900K
• Sign-on of $50K, $50K per year in Student Loan Repayment, Relocation, Full Benefits, PTO, CME, and more
