Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated Internal Medicine or Med/Peds physician to replace retiring physicians. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.

The Opportunity:
•  100% outpatient practice with an established patient panel due to physician retirement.
•  Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties and a dedication to patient care and work/life balance.

•  Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call and a 4 ½ day work week provide excellent work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Base salary range: $200,000 - $375,000.
•  Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $290-$320K.
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.
