This top-notch hospital team is searching for a dedicated Internal Medicine (IM) physician to join their supportive team, a rare opening after a 35-year physician's retirement.

Opportunity Details:
• Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care
• 4-day work with flexible hours for true work/life balance
• Outpatient only unless interested in incorporating inpatient rounds
• Ability to incorporate your specific clinic interest, like women's health, holistic medicine, chronic condition management, office procedures, scopes, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
• $210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs
