A healthcare system in Hawaii is seeking to add another BE/BC Psychiatrist to their established team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further grow a community-focused practice.

Those with additional training in Child & Adolescent are also welcome to apply. At least 5 years of previous leadership experience is required for the Senior Medical Director role.

The Opportunity
• Outpatient only - 10-14 patients a day
• Senior Medical Directorship available with stipend - 3 days of clinic and 2 dedicated days for medical directorship responsibilities
• $330,000+ Compensation - Base Salary, Productivity Incentives, and an Annual Quality Incentive Bonus
• Additional Stipend for Medical Directorship responsibilities
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and up $20,000 Relocation Bonus
• Qualify for Student Loan Repayment
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, Malpractice Insurance Coverage, CME with Allowance
