Responsibilities • Represent LGCY Power. • Increase solar energy awareness in your community. • Present yourself professionally and communicate product benefits effectively. • Engage potential customers in a door-to-door sales environment. • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. • Meet or exceed team sales targets. • Utilize industry-leading technology and applications to optimize your sales efforts. • Manage your customer relationships independently. • Various administrative tasks. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working independently. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals. • Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for effective field operations. • Must be proficient in English. • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
