ContiTech, a division of Continental, is one of the world's leading suppliers of technical elastomer products and is a specialist in plastics technology. ContiTech develops and produces functional parts, components, and systems for machine and plant engineering, mining, the automotive industry, and other important industries. Our Winchester, Virginia location is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Artificial Leather business. This role will be responsible for the Interior Living, hospitality contracts, healthcare, and public area sales for North America.

THE POSITION • As the Artificial Leather Outside Sales Representative, you will be the main interface for our customers while ensuring their needs are met and company standards are maintained • In this role you will be required to provide estimates, analyze records of present/past operations, trends, cost, and revenues.• You will be responsible identifying and contacting potential key customers within the market• Requirements as the Artificial Leather Outside Sales Representative will be to predict future market trends and develop new sales ideas• You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships by providing timely answers and address customer complaints• The Artificial Leather Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for attendance at trade shows and conferences as needed• Position open to remote capabilities

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 2-5 years professional experience in industry with Bachelor degree or 4-10 years of experience with no relevant bachelor's degree• Must be able to work in industrial environment• Travel required international and domestic (50% of the time)• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5-7 years professional sales experience in industry and Master's degree
