Job Title: Brand Manager- Beauty Haircare Paramount beauty is looking for dynamic and Innovative Brand Managers to lead the development, marketing and growth of our Beauty Haircare product lines. About the role. The Paramount Beauty Brand Manager position is designed to maintain, grow and improve all salons in our network to represent our manufacturers through excellent product knowledge, presentations, training and execution of programs to bring these industry leading brands to stylists and consumers. Brand Strategy: Lead the strategic direction and positioning of our haircare brands throughout our organization for increased penetration and deepening representation of our brands into our broad customer base throughout the marketplace. Execute the current and long-term plans for growth coming from these market leading manufacturers. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for brand expansion into new salons and growth in our established customers. Sales and revenue growth: Collaborate with our sales, marketing and educational teams to drive revenue growth by creating promotional plans, executing sales strategies and leveraging business building programs. Budget and financial Management: Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, events and product launches as well as leveraging funds to drive trial and maximize stylist usage of our products Other Core responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the brand within a defined region and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the state of the business Enroll salons in the most appropriate product selection and programs to maximize stylist and consumer usage. Develop a 90-day plan including education, sales and business objectives. Receive, delegate and service all new leads within 48 hours. Respond to all incoming e-mail within 24 hours. Commit to a thorough knowledge of the brand's products, philosophy, and programs and be able to demonstrate the benefits of each. Train, coach and mentor our sales team to increase sell-through of the brand throughout their territories. Demonstrate and conduct effective salon meetings and training sessions for the market. Maintain and develop close relationships with our manufacturers, sales team and salons. Work closely with management to execute quarterly strategy sessions and business reviews and be able to translate our progress on sales, education, marketing and growth throughout our organization. Timely completion of paperwork, expenses and projects. Promote, sell and attend all educational events in the marketplace. Qualifications, skills and requirements: -Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management or equivalent industry experience -Experience: 3-5 years of brand management experience in the beauty, skincare or haircare industries, hairdressing experience a plus. Experience with a haircare product line is highly preferred. -Strong Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders and drive momentum. -Public speaking: Dynamic ability to engage the audience, adjust presentation styles, and close sales. -Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. -Ability to travel at least 30%. -Current driver's license in good standing.
