LOCATION: Placerville, CA 

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

• Full-time BC/BE Comprehensivist Otolaryngologist provider preferred
  • Fellowship trained candidates must be proficient with general ENT  
• Ability to work four 10-hour days  
• Community-based practice model with access to specialists  
• Well established tertiary care relationships  
• Call 1:4; ability to pick which days you’re on call  
• Option to do procedures at the hospital or two outpatient ASC’s  
• Block time for procedures at all locations  
• Audiologist and Audio technician in clinic  
• LVN & MA in clinic  
• Diverse patient population  
• Large referral base  
• Stable practice model
