Overhead Patient Lift Lead installer

Job Title: Overhead Patient Lift Installation Specialist Company: Guldmann Inc. Work schedule is four weeks on the road, one week home • All travel and accommodation costs are covered by Guldmann including a per diem. Key Responsibilities: • Install overhead patient lift systems in various healthcare settings. • Ensure project completion with a focus on safety and quality. • Act as a trainer, coach, and mentor to both internal and external installation resources. • Collaborate with team members to enhance installation processes and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in installation of overhead lift systems or similar equipment. • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education/Experience High school diploma (minimum) and 10 years plus construction and overhead patient lift installation experience. Physical Demands The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision.
