Job Title: Overhead Patient Lift Installation Specialist Company: Guldmann Inc. Overview: Guldmann Inc., a leader in safe patient handling equipment solutions, is seeking an Overhead Patient Lift Installation Specialist. Our award-winning patient lift systems are utilized by prestigious healthcare organizations across the country. We pride ourselves on our innovative designs and dedicated employees. Join us in our mission to provide our clients with Time to Care! Willingness to travel nationally. Work schedule is four weeks on the road, one week home • All travel and accommodation costs are covered by Guldmann including a per diem. Key Responsibilities: • Install overhead patient lift systems in various healthcare settings. • Ensure project completion with a focus on safety and quality. • Act as a trainer, coach, and mentor to both internal and external installation resources. • Collaborate with team members to enhance installation processes and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in installation of overhead lift systems or similar equipment. • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education/Experience High school diploma (minimum) and 10 years plus construction and overhead patient lift installation experience. Physical Demands The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
