Overnight Mobile Patrol Security Officer *Full Time*

Job Title: Mobile Patrol Officer - Starts at $18.50/hour Shifts available: Sun-Tues 8pm-6am (Phoenix) (30 Hours) • Job Summary: Reporting to the Patrol Manager, Patrol Drivers are responsible for inspecting buildings and ground or multiple client sites in a single night. Utilizing a company-provided vehicle equipped with GPS and telematics, Patrol Drivers patrol properties to deter crime and inspect for vagrancy, vandalism, maintenance issues, and other security threats. Patrol Drivers often conduct GPS confirmed walking patrols of each property to ensure doors and windows are secure and regularly climb stairs. Using company-provided technology, Patrol Drivers report their activity through patrol inspection reports. General Responsibilities: • Conduct security inspections of multiple locations checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, safety violations, and unauthorized persons • Monitor the assigned property, staying vigilant to detect unauthorized vehicles, trespassers, individuals loitering, or other security threats and provide a professional deterrence and calming presence • Check for maintenance issues such as area lighting, malfunctioning equipment and hardware, and hazards to health and property • Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations, as well as setting up barriers and signage, and providing direction or information to others Required Skills and Proficiencies: • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication • Following Complex Instructions • Interpersonal Skills • Knowledge of Security Operations and Procedure • Manage Multiple Tasks • Knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures • Lifting • Self-Defense • Outstanding Surveillance Skills • Judgment • Objectivity • Dependability • Emotional Control • Integrity • Safety Management • Professionalism • Reporting Skills • Patrolling • Attention to Detail • Basic Computer Skills Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment but also work independently with little supervision • Must complete all required online and on-the-job training • Must have the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology • Must be able to provide for of the ability to work in the United States EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Transcend Security Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
