Overnight Security Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team to watch over an apartment building in Northwest Seattle. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. • Collaborate with property management and local emergency services to reduce unwanted activity. Requirements • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. • High attention to detail and great verbal and written communication skills. • A smartphone and the ability to use smart apps. Qualifications A valid guard is a non-negotiable requirement for this position and only candidates with valid Washington State security guard licenses need apply. Schedule is OVERNIGHT between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am. Pay is biweekly via direct deposit.
