Driver Requirements • Valid Class A CDL • 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience • Must be 21 years or older • TWIC - Must have or be willing to obtain Job Pay & Details: • Hiring experienced Owner Operators near Dallas, TX • Earn up to $200,000 a year • Average pay range: $170,000 - $200,000 per year • Average gross pay: $3,500-$4,000 per week • Average net/take home pay: $2,000-$2,500 per week • Paid 70% of linehaul + a % of FSC • Additionalsign-on & referral bonuses availableif qualified • Home nightly or most nights, based on location • Fuel surcharge paid off gross • Clean Roadside Inspection safety bonuses • 24/7 Dispatch; No forced dispatch • Pre-dispatch daily available Driver League perks • Best in class driver retention • Best in class equipment: LED lights, radial tires, & tire inflation systems • Gulf Winds owns & maintains over 2,900 chassis • Average age of equipment is less than 6 years old • Great pay with sign on and referral bonuses available • Consistent, year-round freight • Free parking *Pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance. **There is no deadline to apply.
