PA Women's Health Specialists

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Physician Assistant to join our office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to women throughout their reproductive lives, including prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for women's health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical history.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (ATHENA).
• Maintain sterile processing protocols during procedures.

Requirements

• Valid license in to practice in Virginia.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Ability to provide support for patients with varying needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: variable depending on experience.
Expected schedule: 4.5days a week
Physical Setting: Clinic Outpatient
