Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy process technology and information to increase effectiveness reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills work across different disciplines move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
• Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client’s business challenges and address them with solution architecture.
• Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Skills:
• Previous SFMC platform development experience is required
• Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SF Marketing Cloud.
• Create personalized email templates and landing pages with HTML5 Javascript and Ampscript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues related to automation studio and Journey Builder.
• Assist with creation of new campaigns including data configuration audience creation and utilization of capabilities in the platform.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX Visual Force) is a plus.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is preferred.
•Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX Visual Force) is a plus.
• Knowledge SFMC Tokenization sending is a plus.
