The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the configuration design implementation and support of the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business process analysis system configuration and end-user training and support.

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.

• Design configure test and implement SAP FI/CO solutions (GL AP AR AA CO-OM CO-PC CO-PA etc.).

• Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM SD HCM).

• Support period-end closing activities and troubleshoot financial issues.

• Work closely with end-users and provide training and documentation.

• Assist with SAP upgrades migrations and new implementations (S/4HANA preferred).

• Participate in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.

• Strong knowledge of business processes in finance and controlling.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with integration points with MM SD and HR modules.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
