Package Consultant-SAP HR (Tiempos)

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a senior SAP Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy process technology and information to enhance effectiveness reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills work across different disciplines take on new challenges and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design development and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity amplification and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Recurso que sepa TIEMPOS en SAP ECC (Recursos Humanos)
SAP Time Management (TM): Experiencia en implementación y soporte del módulo TM. Configuración de esquemas y reglas de tiempo (Schemas y PCRs).
Procesos de gestión del tiempo: Configuración de Work Schedules Absences Attendances y cálculo de tiempos.
Integración: Con módulos como Payroll y otros sistemas de RR.HH.
Análisis de requisitos para configurar soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
Documentación técnica y funcional incluyendo manuales de usuario y especificaciones técnicas.
Ejecución de pruebas funcionales y soporte en escenarios de negocio complejos.
Competencias Personales
Comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y usuarios clave.
Resolución proactiva de problemas relacionados con la gestión de tiempos.
Capacidad de colaboración en proyectos locales y globales.
