Analyze client HR processes and translate business requirements into SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations.

Design end-to-end Core HR solutions using SuccessFactors best practices and standard functionalities.

Configure system components such as Foundation Objects Employee Data Models Workflows Business Rules Events and Position Management.

Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.

Lead or support full-cycle implementations including requirements gathering design build testing training and go-live support.

Conduct workshops fit-gap analysis and solution demonstrations for business stakeholders.

Manage project documentation configuration workbooks and change logs.

Create and execute test scenarios for Unit Integration User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.

Work closely with HR business users IT teams and implementation partners.

Provide subject-matter expertise for Employee Central and related HR processes.

Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources Information Systems Business or a related field.
β’ Minimum 3β5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Compensation Management.
β’ Strong understanding of payroll schemas PCRs wage types and info types.
β’ Experience with SAP Time Management (TM) and integration with Payroll.
β’ Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and experience in payroll posting.
