Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are packaged according to FDA regulations and CGMP standards. This position requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools, and experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. • Ensure all packaged products meet quality standards and comply with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. • Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for monitoring and controlling packaging processes. • Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment. • Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to identify any defects or issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures. • Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used in the packaging process. • Collaborate with team members to optimize packaging workflows and improve efficiency. Experience • Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred. • Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices is a plus. • Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools are essential for this role. • Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with assembly tasks is beneficial for this position.
