Ensure the availability of packaging based on the curent production plan. Ensure that all deliveries are completed using the packing method agreed with the customer.

Responsibilities:

- Plan the stock of packaging according to the production plan;
- Create packaging orders in customer portals or by email based on the actual production plan and forecast
- Place packaging orders to our suppliers using SAP/Coupa portals
- Follows the evolution of packaging stocks;
- Inventory and reporting
- Coordinates the collaboration activity with the other services and departments in his line of responsibility and at his level of communication
- Coordinates the collaboration activity with third parties involved in the service activity;
- Responsible for updating, implementing, and using within their area of activity the rules established by the Quality Management System.

We Need:

University Degree

Minimum 3 years experience preferable in automotive/ oil & gas/ manufacturing sectors in a analytical position. Minimum 1 year experience in SAP (MM & SD).
English
MS Office (Excel - advanced level, ppt)
Organized skills required.
