Position Responsibilities
Create packaging designs by collaborating across several departments to ensure top-notch quality and enhancements to Uline’s packaging.

Manage and carry out tests to ensure packaging changes work seamlessly with our manufacturing partners.
Partner with warehouse and product managers on how to enhance vendor packaging.
Conduct thorough audits and assessments with warehouse teams to ensure our packaging standards meet high quality across all Uline sites.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering or a related field.
7+ years of packaging engineering, quality or product management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access a plus.
Travel to Uline’s North American locations or vendors as needed.
