Your mission should you choose to accept it: steer paid campaigns that donβt just collect leadsβ¦ they enroll real students . Youβll manage digital ad engines guard the sacred river of lead flow and keep marketing performance aligned with client outcomes.
GrowthAssistant is looking for someone who will help our client an organization that builds AI-powered voice and omnichannel agents that help schools enroll more students that blend cutting-edge automation with human creativity.
π― What Youβll Own
β’ Launch maintain and optimize paid campaigns across Google Meta and LinkedIn β’ Execute ad copy audiences budgets and pacing adjustments with precision β’ Keep eyes on dashboards daily to spot spend or performance anomalies β’ Verify that pixels UTMs and GTM tags behave like well-trained pets β’ Ensure leads flow properly into HubSpot Attio and internal tracking systems β’ Perform weekly data exports and build tidy reports in Sheets β’ Reconcile discrepancies across platforms and CRM so nothing slips into the void β’ Work closely with creative automation and client success teams to ship campaign assets β’ Document tasks to help identify what our AI can automate next
β Must-Have Skills & Experience
β’ 2+ years managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns β’ Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot a big plus) β’ Working knowledge of tags pixels UTMs and tracking basics β’ Strong Excel/Sheets chops for sorting and analyzing performance data β’ Hawk-level attention to detail with pacing attribution and data validation β’ Clear and proactive communicator in English

β’ Managing multiple client accounts or brands β’ LinkedIn Ads familiarity β’ Enrollment or education marketing experience β’ Early-stage startup or AI tool exposure β’ Basic visualization (Looker Studio or equivalent)

30 Days: Foundation β’ Access granted to all platforms β’ Learn workflows and reporting conventions β’ Maintain 1β2 campaigns with guidance β’ Deliver first weekly tracking report
60 Days: Consistency β’ Self-managed daily optimization and pacing checks β’ Confident data exports and reconciliation β’ Spot tracking breaks and suggest fixes β’ Weekly performance reports produced independently
90 Days: Ownership β’ Run campaigns across all assigned accounts β’ Lead refresh cycles (copy creative targeting) as directed β’ Monthly roll-ups that highlight insights and trends β’ Become the operational backbone enabling strategic scale
