We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Paid Media Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven individual with a creative eye and a desire to grow their career in digital marketing. You will primarily support the management and optimization of our paid digital campaigns to help achieve business objectives, with a focus on paid search. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment. What You'll Bring • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads being the primary requirement, but familiarity with other paid media platforms like Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, or TikTok being beneficial). • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with tools like Looker and Google Analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clearly, research quickly, and present effectively. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with creative, content, and web teams. • A growth-driven mindset with self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new skills. Bonus Points For • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies. • Detail-oriented eye for creative and engaging content. • Familiarity with reporting and attribution tools such as Wicked, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox. What You’ll Do • Assist with marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on paid search and social media channels, ensuring all content aligns with UPLIFT Desk’s brand voice. • Support the day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns to help meet return on ad spend (ROAS) goals. Optimizations include campaign setup, ad copy writing, budget tracking and landing page testing • Help analyze campaign data to track and report on key metrics, using data to find opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with the video and creative teams by helping draft creative briefs grounded in ad performance data. • Support the marketing team on other platforms as needed, including display ads, Amazon ads, and miscellaneous shopping platforms. • Report to leadership on campaign performance, keywords, competitor spend, and market trends.
