All products are fabricated in our workshop which is located on the North side of Chicago. FOCUS Responsibilities • Spray, brush or roll finishes on millwork, signage, tables, and other custom restaurant fixtures. • Prep material for paint and stain. • Paint or screen print custom signage. • Apply paint to unique carved tabletops and signage, and finish with self-leveling epoxy. • Maintain paint area, spray booth and equipment. • Travel occasionally for repairs, installations, or deliveries. • Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS • Must have the ability/stamina to work 45 to 55 hours a week. • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry. • Must be able to engage in problem-solving to help identify and solve potential issues. • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORS • Minimum High school degree. • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required. • Experience with HVLP or airless sprayers preferred but will train. • Must be extremely organized and neat. • Must be a self-starter who can work well with others as well as independently. • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with all levels of a company. • Must demonstrate leadership behaviors and values that align with Potbelly.
