Painter/Handyman

Duties: - Perform various maintenance person tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and installations - Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed - Read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks - Conduct frame carpentry work for construction projects - Use basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Perform airless paint spraying for painting projects - Build and assemble structures according to specifications - Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints Experience: - Previous experience in a maintenance person or construction role is preferred but not required - Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Proficient in frame carpentry techniques - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Note: Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
