Painter/Laborer

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedPainterto join our team. This role is responsible for preparing luxury residential units after tenant move-outs, ensuring they are restored to the highest standards of appearance. The ideal candidate has strong painting skills, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering exceptional results in upscale environments. Responsibilities • Performtouch-up and full-room paintingfor apartments during tenant move-outs. • Patch holes, repair minor wall damage, and prep surfacesfor painting • Ensure all work is completed efficiently to meet tight turnover timelines. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Required Qualifications • Minimum1 year of painting experience(residential or commercial) • Experience withmove-out painting • Ability to use painting tools, rollers, sprayers, and cleaning equipment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience inapartments, condos, or residential properties • Customer service skills and professional appearance • Flexible availability for weekends or short-notice move-outs Job Type: Contract Pay: $200.00 per day Work Location: In person
