Painter/Laborer/Drywall

We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our expanding team. Our projects range from multifamily units to commercial spaces throughout the Washington area. Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and patching. • Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications. • Apply paint to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. • Assist with light repairs and general maintenance tasks as needed. • Move, cover, and protect furniture or fixtures during projects. • Keep work areas organized and clean throughout and after each job. • Perform drywall repairs, including cutting out damaged sections, installing new drywall, taping, mudding, and finishing. Qualifications • Available to work weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM. • Painting experience(+1 years required). • Drywall repair experience(strongly preferred). • Maintenance experience(preferred). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Able to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
