Painters Helper/warehouse help

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced painters helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prepping and masking parts for paining. Person should have experience in various painting techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Prepping and masking parts prior to paint. • Cleaning parts and painting equipment. • Moving and loading parts onto painting racks and fixtures. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and documents to ensure accurate project execution. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the job site. • Collaborate with team members on renovation projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards. • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks. Requirements • Must have 2 years experience in a painting environment, • Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and painting practices. • Physical ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks. • Assist with parts packaging as needed. • Assist with warehouse duties as needed. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
