As the Privilege Access Manager SME/Architect, you will support the Aerospace Security team to prepare for separation. You will be responsible for Assist in designing compliant PAM solution and build plan. You will also serve as technical subject matter expert for the PAM team. Additionally, you will:

• Create and build a PAM solution or plan for the separation
• Monitor incident and service request queues and ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution/delivery of tickets
• Lead team members through providing technical expertise for building the plan
• Perform safe creation, platform creation, and access provisioning
• Configure PAM environment in Production and Disaster Recovery environments on cloud or on premise
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead major incidents calls, perform advanced troubleshooting, and restore services to normalcy
• Perform root-cause analysis for high severity issues and provide permanent resolution
• Perform gap analysis and provide resolution for recurring/reported issues
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plan
• Timely escalate issues to avoid business disruption
• Generate service management metrics, KPI / KRI, reports for audit, and governance
• Conduct weekly/monthly service review meeting with stakeholders
• Review and ensure compliance of technical documents including operating instruction manuals, system and configurations documentation, work instructions/runbooks, processes, standards and procedures, RACLI, and know issue document
• Contribute to eminence activities by creating accelerators, utilities and knowledge base as well as lend a hand to other on-going engagements for resolving the business-critical issues

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• At least 10 years of experience in privileged access management and IAM as a SME or Architect
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, information security, engineering, or information technology OR Master's degree in computer science, cyber security, information security, engineering, or information technology
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting, leading major incident calls, root cause analysis, and suggesting alternate solutioning
• Experience in leading conversations with product vendors, application teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience in documenting and presenting plans to stakeholders
• Advanced documentation, presentation skills, and well-versed with software development life cycle processes
• A good understanding of security and privacy controls
• SME with experience in CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Delinea/Centrify, Thycotic, and other PAM products
• Experience in Vaulting, Check-in-checkout, Session management, AD-Unix bridging, Threat analytics, and Break glass process
• Strong experience in managing large PAM engagements
• Experience with various IT/security technologies including directory services, identity, and access management
• Experience in tracking and reporting SLA/OLAs and strong knowledge on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy
• Experience in PAM Disaster recovery processes
• Experience in log integration, monitoring, and configure alerts in SIEM tools (SumoLogic, AppDynamics)
• Strong security industry knowledge and able to suggest and deliver service improvements

Great Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of managing PAM on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of DevOps, Virtualization, and IT Infrastructure and Network
• Software development life cycle processes and Agile delivery methodologies (Lean, SCRUM)
• One or more certifications on ITIL and IAM Product certifications (CyberArk, CISSP, PRINCE2)
• Exposure to other security domains
