Panel Dividing Machine Operator

Job Summary We are hiring a Panel Dividing Machine Operator to run and maintain our cutting equipment, ensuring accurate sizing of panels used in premium cabinet production. Ideal candidates will have experience with beam saws or vertical/horizontal panel saws. Responsibilities • Operate and calibrate panel dividing machines to cut panels to precise dimensions • Read and interpret cut sheets, job orders, and layout diagrams • Maximize material yield while minimizing waste • Perform quality checks to confirm dimensions and edge integrity • Replace or sharpen blades and perform preventative maintenance • Work closely with material handlers and production leads to meet daily output goals • Log production data and report discrepancies or equipment concerns promptly • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience operating cutting or panel saw machines in a woodworking or cabinetry environment • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Technical knowledge of panel sizing methods and tools • Strong understanding of different panel materials (MDF, plywood, melamine, etc.) • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision • Knowledge of Russian or Armenian is a plus Join our team today and contribute to the production of top-quality products while advancing your career in the manufacturing industry!
