Part-Time Bus Cleaner & Janitor

Overview We need a reliable part-time bus cleaner who can also help with janitorial work when not cleaning buses. You’ll be making sure our buses are tidy inside, fueling and dumping buses, and helping keep our facilities welcoming.Excellent attendance is a must; we depend on you to show up for every scheduled shift. Duties Clean and sanitize the inside of buses—sweep, mop, wipe seats and surfaces. • Empty trash and replace bags. • Wipe down high-touch areas and inside windows. • Fuel and dump buses as part of your regular duties. • Report any damage to your supervisor. • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to promote health and safety. • Janitorial Work • Clean offices, bathrooms, and waiting areas. • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean glass doors and windows. • Restock supplies and take out garbage. • Help with small tasks and clean up spills quickly. Skills What We’re Looking For • Cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we will train you. • Outstanding attendance—showing up on time, every time, is critical. • Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active on the job. • Good attention to detail and a friendly attitude. • Strong custodial skills with attention to detail in commercial cleaning environments. • Familiarity with porter duties, including maintaining cleanliness in public spaces. • Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively. • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean workspace. • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
