Part-time Dishwasher/Special Events Maintenance Support

Janitorial Services STATUS: Part Time WAGES:$ 16 – 18.00 per Hour (experience based). HOURS PER WEEK:Up to 25 Hours per Week / evenings PAY PERIOD:10th and 25th of each month REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma; ability to perform duties with little oversight; responsible communications DUTIES: • Assist in Operational responsibilities to maintain safe, clean, and virus-free environment through high-level consistent performance and cleaning routines • Consistent attendance and performance • Ability to grasp basic instructions and perform within those parameters • Report damage or maintenance issues • Follow instructions and carry out tasks with competence • Report to the Director of Facility Operations Manager and Special Events Manager • Responsible to maintain secure environment during work schedule: no visitation or outsider access • Incorporate importance for disinfecting environment • Carry out all processes and procedures to promote clean and safe environment • Proactive and attentive to details • Ability to pass background check • Willingness to carry forward cleaning & disinfecting techniques without variations • Willingness to contribute ideas on effective and efficient performance • Accountability to secure facility and maintain security protocols • Ability to perform quality standards without oversight • Responsible communications • Ensure spaces are sufficiently prepared for occupants • Ability to maintain confidentiality when appropriate • Set Facility alarm at closing of each scheduled shift • Responsible for safeguarding keys and access devices Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
