Sorumluluklar

• Nike'nın bir marka elçisi olmak, marka ve tüketici arasında bağ kurmak
• Mağazanın satış performansının ve hedeflerinin farkında olup beklentileri karşılamak
• Tüm mağaza operasyonlarını güvenli, etkili ve verimli bir biçimde yerine getirmek
• Mağaza ekip arkadaşları ile birlikte işbirliği içerisinde çalışmak
• Satış becerilerini kullanarak tüketicileri doğru ürünle buluşturmak
• Satış, Nike ürünleri ve kültürü, satış ve hizmet teknikleri hakkında uzmanlık bilgisi geliştirmek için eğitim fırsatları aramak
• Giriş seviyesindeki calisma arkadaslarinin eğitiminde yöneticilere yardımcı olmak
• Reyon görsel düzenleme ve mağaza içi iletişim standartlarını uygulamak
• Depo düzenini eksiksiz bir şekilde gerçekleştirmek ve düzenin devamlılığını sağlamak
