We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for executing high-quality painting projects in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of color theory, renovation techniques, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using paint rollers, brushes, paint sprayers and painting equipment with ladders.Not looking for helpers and only LEAD Painters.
• MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PAINTING
• MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS
• Must have valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Renovate and restore surfaces to ensure a polished final appearance.
• Perform frame carpentry tasks as necessary to support painting projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color selection and finishes.
• Execute commercial painting projects with precision and professionalism.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience in residential and commercial painting.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to painting projects.
• Experience in frame carpentry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus for restoration tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 4-6 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and traditional brush techniques.
• Renovate and maintain existing structures by repainting and refreshing surfaces as needed.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to build and install trim carpentry elements.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
• Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired outcomes in painting projects.
• Work on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all specifications are met.
Skills
• Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in various projects.
• Experience with frame carpentry and trim carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools safely in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with stucco application techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on-site.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
