What You’ll Do • Greet and Engage:Welcome Costco members with a smile, spark genuine conversations, and make them feel at ease. • Sales Performance:Actively drive product sales through confident recommendations and upselling techniques, while meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals. • Feet Scanning & Demos:Guide customers through our foot-scanning and selection process. • Brand Representation:Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing our company within the Costco environment. • Booth Setup/Breakdown:Assist with setting up and tearing down the sales booth if needed. We’re Looking For • Outgoing & Professional:You’re friendly, approachable, and know how to represent our brand in a positive light. • Sales/Customer Service Experience:Previous sales experience required • Tech Savvy:Comfortable working with an iPad and basic technology • On Your Feet:Able to stand for extended periods—after all, we’re all about foot health! • Bilingual (English/Spanish):A plus, but not required • Minimum 18 years of age • Flexible & Reliable:Willing to commute to various Costco locations: Woodinville Seattle Issaquah Aurora Village Marysville Lake Stevens Redmond Kirkland Lynnwood Ready to Join Us?
