We are seeking a Part Time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet over the next 6 months. The role is expected to work 20 hours a week.

We are looking for someone to provide front-line expertise with administrative support for interview coordination, pre-employment testing, document management, analytics, and reporting. Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

What you will contribute:
- Act as a trusted partner to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, People Business Partners, Senior Leadership Team, and Uplight's hiring managers in coordinating candidate interview activity on a variety of searches.
- Serve as the main point of contact for everything scheduling related to our internal stakeholders and candidates through the interview process, utilizing Jobvite, Google Calendar, and other cutting-edge recruiting technology.
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of making the best hiring decisions and reducing bias.
- Communicate across Uplight teams to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to facilitate internal employee promotions and transfers.
- Assist with creation and distribution of hiring manager training and resources.
- Utilize Culture Amp to launch surveys and collect new hire and employee data.
- Assist with the launching of new hire onboarding processes.
- Compose offer letters for new hires.
- Auditing and editing of all company job descriptions.
What you bring to Uplight:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working within an office administer type role.
- Broad knowledge of MS Office.
- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency.
- Highly effective go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies.
- Scrappy and creative thinker who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly via in-person, Zoom, phone, and email.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Understanding of how to prioritize tasks based on timeline and company needs.
- Great sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Resourcefulness to be able to problem-solve and create new processes.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with Slack, Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Culture Amp, Adobe Sign, and various Google tools.
