We are currently looking for new partners with 10+ years of experience in management consulting and a robust commercial network in Switzerland to help us make a meaningful difference for our clients.

Specifically, we are seeking partners who specialise in commercial excellence and hold a strong digital edge. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent client leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex projects across various industries.

Joining as a partner, you will be responsible for:

• Driving commercial excellence projects: Leading strategic consulting projects focused on revenue growth, market entry, sales transformation, go-to-market planning, customer experience optimisation across various industries.
• Leveraging digital expertise: Driving the integration of digital technologies into client projects, including data analytics, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, digital customer service solutions, lead generation strategies, and generative AI.
• Building and maintaining relationships: Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving repeat engagements.
• Developing talent: Mentoring and guiding consultants, fostering professional development, and instilling a high-performance culture within project teams.
• Expanding the team: Playing an active role in growing the Commercial and Growth Strategy team in the DACH region through thought leadership, business development, and internal initiatives.

We are looking for people who:

• Hold a relevant master’s degree from a top university with excellent academic records.
• Have 10+ years of professional experience, with at least five years as a project manager or project leader in a management consulting company.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of leading and delivering impactful commercial strategy projects, with a particular emphasis on innovative digital solutions and leveraging technology.
• Have a proven commercial track record in selling management consulting services over the past four years, preferably from a management consulting company.
• Are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
