About The Role
Hightouch is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing team! This is the first role of its kind and will require you to build the foundational content and framework for partner training and our future certification program. You will be responsible for ensuring our solutions partners (GSIs/RSIs) are Hightouch experts and capable of delivering exceptional customer outcomes on the Hightouch platform.
You will work cross-functionally across Partnerships, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement orgs within Hightouch to translate tribal knowledge and internal enablement resources into partner-facing materials and trainings, and will identify and develop net-new materials in support of partner learning.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best data and martech consultants in the world and create a meaningful impact on our rapidly growing business and the businesses of our enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of onboarding new solutions partners to the Hightouch platform
- Develop reusable materials to streamline enablement of SI partners as the Hightouch partner network continues to expand
- Synthesize a wide variety of product and market information from internal tools, knowledge bases, and colleagues and translate it into effective training modules/sessions for external business and technical audiences
- Conduct in-person and virtual workshops in US, EMEA and APAC regions, providing sales and delivery tools and resources to support partner deal cycles and implementations
- Assist in demonstrating Hightouch and educating prospective partners for the purpose of recruiting partners to the Hightouch Solutions Partner Program
- Catalog industry best practices and advanced learnings for the purpose of enabling Hightouch technical GTM teams
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in technical partner enablement, sales engineering, solutions architecture, and/or technical product marketing, with a significant focus on enabling and evangelizing technology to business and technical audiences at enterprise organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing personas and use cases
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, reporting tools, etc.) and data architectures
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
- Proficiency of spoken and written English
Bonus If You Have
- Previous experience in professional services and/or at a GSI/RSI
- Direct experience working with CDP technologies
- Skilled in learning design (e.g. Bloom taxonomy), measurement (e.g Kirkpatrick method), enablement tooling (e.g. LMS), and gamification
- Direct experience managing enablement programs at scale
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $150,000-$186,000 (USD) per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
