Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth through our partner network. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our strategic partners, including technology alliances, channel partners, and resellers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and business development, to create and implement impactful marketing programs that drive partner success and mutual business growth.
Day-to-day Activities:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies and programs aligned with company objectives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through partner channels.
Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including technology alliances, channel partners, and resellers, to maximize joint marketing opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand partner requirements and develop customized marketing plans to support their go-to-market strategies.
Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and webinars, to enable partners to effectively market and sell our identity governance solutions.
Work closely with the product marketing team to understand product positioning and messaging, and translate them into partner-specific materials.
Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners, leveraging various marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, events, and webinars.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard new strategic partners, evaluating their potential impact and alignment with company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure our partner marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity industry, particularly in identity governance or access management.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience working with technology alliances, channel partners, and resellers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing strategies, including joint marketing campaigns and co-branded activities.
Proficiency in creating impactful marketing content, such as presentations, collateral, webinars, and case studies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the performance of partner marketing programs using relevant metrics and tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of identity governance, access management, or cybersecurity concepts, trends, and industry-specific marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
