Partner Support Expert

MV Panelbuilders Support :

Technical Transfer files (TTF) of one or several MV Switchgear offer(s)

Contribute to Schneider Electric business development with partners having license contracts with Schneider Electric

Support panel builders on technical and industrial matters.

Guaranty partner's level of quality in their production is on line with Schneider Electric requirements

Improve and optimize partners' processes :
offer process

* order management,
production management,
quality management
technical management

During Technology Transfer: Contribute to technology transfer by managing partner training

Support and be part of the Partner Training on technical & industrial files:

present drawings, documents, help the partner to select the right tools and implement the production/assembly line.

Support and be part of the Partner Training on product quality file:
train the partner on routine tests procedure, help him to implement the control plan and select the right control tools.

Contribute to the validation:
Translate validation report in local language and follow-up corrective actions with partner.

After Technology Transfer: Support partner

Follow-up corrective actions on partner side (from validation and/or audits reports) in accordance with PSP3

Contribute with the PSP3 to the contractual "audits" on partner side

Manage to the non-contractual "audits" on partner side

Answer to questions send by the partner on technical and industrial matters supported by PSP3 organization.

Follow-up with marketing partners requests for further technical development or adaptations with central product management depts.

Qualifications

Mechanical/Electrical engineer with a minimum of Minimum 7 years of experience

-Strong product and Industrial knowledge of the respective products.

-Strong knowledge of IEC standards and Market requirements.

• Ability to Lead the creation & Regular Updation of License offers (in the form of TTF) for MV product range by closely working with all the stakeholders (R&D, Industrial, Marketing & commercial team).

-Strong communication skills.

- Strong digital acumen.

-Professional user of SE Software.

Excellent presentation skills
