Partnership Operations & Strategy Technical Analyst

Therapymatch, Inc. (dba Headway), seeks a Partnership Operations & Strategy Technical Analyst at our New York, NY office to be a part a technical team working on building the first software enabled network of therapists who accept health insurance.

The position’s specific duties include:

• Work with internal engineering teams to build software in the form of data infrastructure and user-facing applications to support the aforementioned enterprise contracts, including but not limited to distributed data pipeline development with PySpark, frontend application development with ReactJS, and backend infrastructure development with Django and FastAPI;
• Lead the technical implementation of multi-year enterprise contracts, including customizing our internal software systems to facilitate new partnerships;
• Improve cross-functionally between operations, sales, and engineering teams to fulfill and deepen our payer partnerships;
• Advance first-of-kind product development initiatives, working with users to understand needs, iterating to find product market fit, and lead the installation and implementation of products with specific operational teams on client sites;
• Use statistical analysis and data modeling to assess operations viability of new initiatives;
• Develop client relationships and be the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns and escalations;
• Stand up data infrastructure required to measure and report on contractualized partnership SLAs; and
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems that can change the trajectory of Headway.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, or a closely related field. We require two years of experience in a software engineering role building back-end data infrastructure, building a front-end/user-facing product, and managing client relationships while integrating software products with clients’ existing enterprise software systems. We also require two years of experience leading product development initiatives for large scale enterprise customers where business outcomes are tied to company revenue. We require one year of experience in an early stage startup with responsibility to establish new business processes, and find product market fit, and conduct business planning across operations, product, and growth efforts.
