Scope:
• 100% outpatient | 4.5-day workweek
• Absorb an established patient panel (ages 18+)
• 30 primary care physicians + advanced practice providers, RNs, and dedicated MAs
• On-site lab, imaging, PT, diabetes center, coumadin clinic & more
• BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds welcome
• New graduates encouraged to apply - mentorship available
