Parts Room Clerk (2nd Shift)

Overview

This position will be accountable for the partnership of the Maintenance Planner and Parts Coordinator along with all inventory responsibilities at the site.

The full-time position with benefits will work a 40-hour work from Monday to Friday.

The hours of work will be from 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Hours may flex to accommodate the demands imposed by meetings, audits and training. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Total Inventory Control of Finished Goods.
• Forklift Maintenance Liaison.
• Maintenance Purchasing.
• Daily Inventory Close procedures.
• Goods receipts and movement/cycle counting.
• Spare parts research/re-ordering.
• Parts kitting.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater required
• Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
• Ability to interact with all people (Team Members & Outside Visitors / Vendors)
• Professional, punctual, and impeccable attendance record
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills
• Intellectual Curiosity
• Team Player / Works Well with others
• Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Multi-Task in a fast-paced environment
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Basic Job Qualification

• No performance issues within the last year for attendance or performance
• Excellent Computer and Analytical Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, DRP)
• Knowledge/Experience of Warehouse Operations and Finished Goods processes
