- The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $104,000, dependent on applicant’s qualifications, experience, and employment type (part-time or full-time).

- Flexible Scheduling with After-School Appointment Requirements
- We support work-life balance while ensuring our school-aged patients have access to care during high-demand times. This position includes:
- A negotiable full-time or part-time schedule, designed to fit your needs. *Full-time person will need to see adults too.
- A core requirement of at least six (6) weekly appointments during peak after-school hours (start times at 3:30 PM, 4:15 PM, or 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility in choosing which days those appointments fall on—allowing you to build a personalized schedule around those core hours.
- You'll assess, treat, and manage the physical needs and development of infants, children, and adolescents—helping to improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Our pediatric caseload is dynamic and deeply rewarding.
- Access to imaging, aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, lab services, and more
- Physical rehab team includes sports, post-operative care, chronic pain, pelvic floor, lymphedema, vestibular, pediatric, and more
Key Requirements
- A Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Both new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Mentorship is available for new graduates.
