What we offer: β€’ Salary Range: 70,000-75,000 yearly β€’ Full-time employees are eligible for 401K and healthcare benefits; Medical, Dental & Vision. β€’ Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). β€’ An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality. β€’ Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally. β€’ The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry.Responsibilities: β€’ Manage the daily production of fresh high-quality foods β€’ Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines are met β€’ Read, understand and train menu specifications β€’ Supervise, motivate, and assist a team of kitchen associates β€’ Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook β€’ Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team β€’ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management β€’ Upkeep and maintain food safetyQualifications: β€’ Minimum of 4 years’ culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchens managing at least a team of 5 members. β€’ An associate’s degree in pastry arts β€’ Mastery of baking techniques and knowledge of current catering industry trend β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence. β€’ Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated β€’ Ability to deal with heavy workload, work in a team as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment β€’ Ability to accurately monitor and reduce waste β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff in different functions and levels β€’ Must be able to perform with a sense of urgency and a hands on approach to kitchen needs β€’ Must complete assign tasks within the given time and meet kitchen ready deadlines β€’ Schedule Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays) β€’ HACCP KnowledgeDiversity & Inclusion Statement: DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
