What You’ll Do As a Patrol Security Guard, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure and peaceful environment for our clients, their employees, and the general public. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Conducting patrols of assigned properties to deter unauthorized activity. • Responding quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. • Enforcing site rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment. • Writing accurate and detailed reports of incidents or unusual activity. • Working cooperatively with local law enforcement when needed. • De-escalating situations and resolving conflicts using calm, respectful communication. What We’re Looking For • Current AZDPS Guard Card. • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience. • Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus. • Reliable personal transportation for work assignments. • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
